Vacant Property Consultation $75.00 + gstThis consultation takes half an hour to one hour and involves our review of the property needs for furniture and accessory rental, delivery access and size, color and style of home. We then compile the figures and build your exact price for Staging Services.It's best done on site and the fee is $75.00 +gstAn approximate estimate (not guaranteed) can be done for free by emailing the mls# to Jill or emailing photos in a small jpg. format. Premium Package This marketing package contains all the furniture and choice decor product to stage the property at mid level showcasing. It is our most requested package as it contains enough staging items to showcase and sell your home, yet is not bare bones. When home staging, it is imperative that the property carries enough wow factor to impress and connect the hearts of the buyers, and does not look recently vacated or under a duress situation. As well, the www.realtor.ca photos need to hold their own weight in each room. Showcasing these rooms with correct items will accomplish this goal. We do respect your budget and will work with you on that, but this is a step up from basic staging. This package carries wow factor and keeps the attention of the buyers....that is the goal. To be honest, a homeowner can do basic staging themselves and should never hire a "professional stager" for basic staging! If your seeing staging portfolios that you could build yourself, then re-consider!!!
Premium Plus Package This marketing package takes Staging to a new level. It is a complete package of show home style furniture, extra pieces in key rooms, all rooms completed, and all artwork and accessories designed to make a larger more IMPACT statement. The overall look is much fuller. This package is more expensive due to the stylish fuller look. If you "hear" this is a good idea let me tell you now, you are just GIVING AWAY YOUR MONEY. WHY?? Staging needs to show off the entire property so that you do not lose your buyer after the first rooms. It should flow through the entire home to create wow factor during the entire showing. Showings take place on line or in person...Staging "just a couple rooms" actually makes you look desperate to sell and sends the message that you can't afford to even pay for full staging.

They will walk you through correct pricing procedures and it is VITAL that you stay within your range and watch the market conditions to stay ahead of the game. Use your own reasoning skills when reviewing the comparable SOLDS and ACTIVE listings.
