Home Staging in an occupied home has many elements. First there is the consultation process that can take 1-2 hours. At that visit, we review our presentation with you, tour the property and make our notes, discuss homework that you can do and leave you with our quote for Staging Services. We charge for consultations at a rate of $75.00 per hour + gst. 

Your property may require de-cluttering, packing, cleaning or minor upgrades such as flooring or paint. We cover that for you.  If you require a handyman or additional trades we determine the value of doing that and give you our professional opinion. It is not always required to paint or replace flooring, so our opinion of what is truly required is important for you. Factors includes timelines, budgets, and of course your ability to contribute if you can. We plan what best suits your needs to reach a common goal of a beautifully prepared listing.
