By now most of the population is familiar with home staging. Television programs such as HGTV's "Designed to Sell" or "Take this House and Sell It!" are examples of the staging process. Even though the Hosts are typically Interior Designers and do some unnecessary things, they get the general idea. 

These programs show viewers what is required for a faster sale. The goal is to keep equity! However, these TV programs do not include cost of labour. This causes  viewers to have a misconception as to the real investment required.

Typical projects that do not require flooring upgrades, paint and de-cluttering days are easy enough to stage using the home owner's items and a few prop rentals. These projects can run between $1100.00 and $2500.00 depending on the size of the property, amount of Stagers and scope of work involved. It is typically less than a FIRST price reduction. However, a consultation will determine exact pricing for you.
