The investment you spend will be determined by you. After meeting at your property for a consultation, we can determine what the property needs to be fully staged and the time it will take. There are many factors that will need to be reviewed. We will discuss the Packages we offer and prices for them. 

A home staging consultation starts at $75.00 per hour + gst (vacant and/or occupied). We will explain the options and you can then decide what fits within your budget. If you are able to do some of the preparation work yourself, we are open to that. Our goal is to have a team effort to get your house sold fast, for the best price possible and we respect your budget and your talents.

If you are not able to do any of the work- that's ok, we are fully equipped to handle it all. Our team will arrive and begin the work and do our absolute best to complete on time.

There are two types of consultations that we offer, please call our office to determine which one you need. Home Staging typically costs less than your FIRST price reduction... how many reductions are you willing to have?

Packages and Prices

The "Seller Go Getter" DIY Package starts at $350.00 + gst for the 1st hour and $125.00 + gst for each additional hour and includes a detailed report for de-cluttering, repair, curb appeal, furniture placement and prop suggestions, a review of our portfolio of before and after's, a paint color consultation and quote for painting, and a quote for Staging / Showcasing Services. This package also includes 60 minutes of phone consulting with Jill Gargus-Chouinard while the Home Owner implements their DIY Project.

Full Service Packages where we do the work range in pricing are quoted on a per job basis upon veiwing the property and may include painting, flooring, curb appeal, Staging or Showcasing, De-cluttering, cleaning, furniture rentals and prop rentals or purchases. This quote is not provided over the phone as we need to review the property in order to give an accurate and professional evaluation of the needs.

What is the Investment for Staging?

Home Staging is an affordable way to make more money on your property sale! It's not as expensive as you may think, so call today to book a consultation and find out how you can pocket all your equity - it's yours and you deserve to keep it!M

The home staging investment does vary from property to property and depends on the specific needs. We offer the choice to you, for what works within your budget and after our consultation we will narrow down exactly what will be done and the price for it. We cannot provide details on pricing until we have walked through your property with our "buyer's eyes".

That being said, however, Home Staging typically has ranges between $1500.00 - $3000.00 + depending what package you have, as well as if there are monthly furniture or accessory rentals or purchases, the size and location of the property, access in and out, the number of Home Stagers needed to complete the job as well as many other factors.

In our consultations we will price your job exactly so there are no surprises.

Painting, flooring and minor reno are additional but not always required. As a Home Owner your participation is also welcome to help keep costs down.

We offer a wide range of options that will help to accomplish the goal without breaking the bank and are respectful of your needs as well. We are in this for one reason, that is to help you be successful at selling your property!

This investment you sow, will reap you benefits when you can sell faster than your competitors and acquire the most equity out of your property. Please bear in mind that Home Staging does not allow for inflating your price, or asking above market value. Your Agent will walk you through correct pricing procedures and it is VITAL that you stay within your range and watch the market conditions to stay ahead of the game.

Home Staging will not sell an overpriced listing.
